They would make sure to meet with us, at a house, when it was convenient for my husband and I! We are a somewhat older couple and a lot of things are different from when we bought our last house 23 years ago. Most of our communication was with Zach during the process of putting in a offer to purchase a new house and he was very patient on explaining DocuSign, ECT.... Communication was top notch, you can call them with questions any time and they have a response almost immediately. They met us at the house several times to accommodate the additional inspections, etc. Both Realtors on the team are professional and very customer service oriented. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have been in an exhaustive search for a new home in McDonald County for several months. Pam, Ron, and Zach went above and beyond showing me over 20 houses before I found one that suited my needs. Once the property was found and an offer was made, that is when Pam really took care of all of my needs negotiating the deal and working through the paperwork. It was a rough road with the market because there were so many offers being made on houses we wanted, but Pam was so accommodating. Everytime I added a new house to the list or made a last minute trip to tour she took everything in stride and was so sweet and helpful! I don't plan on moving again, but if I did I would definitely be working with Pam again.

We were very nervous and stressed sellers. And probably not the easiest to work with. But, they made every step easy and tolerated the late night calls or text with whatever needed! Will for sure use them again if we are ever in need.

She goes above n beyond what her customer wants n needs. She does not stop until your completely satisfied. I have used Pam in two different transactions one in Feb and now one in August, would not hesitate using her as my agent again.

She’s down to earth and easy to get along with. I had met her through a mutual friend and wanted to buy a home in Missouri while living in Az. Not only did she answer my many calls and text she picked up my daughter and I from the airport when I came here to look for a home.
